The only option available on when we stayed was a Very bad buffet dinner. Normally as a Sheraton Gold member the rooms have been very good. This time the room was poor

Here we stayed very close to some popular places such as plaza independencia. Have a drink at the lounge bar. The staff was always friendly.

The location here is close to stores and a supermarket, and the breakfast was the best we had during our stay.

We stayed in the Four Points on October 2014 for three nights. The room was big and comfortable. The bed was amazingly good. There were plenty of options for breakfast. The staff was polite and helpful.

The "free" wifi didn't work in the bedrooms. Although they advertise there is a free wifi it was only available in the lobby. The area in the shower was really dark.

Size of the room is very good. Interior of the hotel has a nice design. Breakfast buffet is good. Location is OK. Lots of shopping in the main street a block away, but not many good restaurants but short and inexpensive cab ride will take care of it.

Housekeeping was not up to standard as our room was not cleaned and the bed was not made one day. A disappointing experience for what was supposed to be a relaxing getaway.
